I had built my reputation managing teams through tough times. But I would get to the end of the week feeling behind and worn out. Weekends became ‘recover from exhaustion’ time rather than ‘have fun at the weekend' time. I thought this was normal. My overachieving provided accolades, but it came at a cost.
I found myself falling into these patterns:
I put Stephen Covey’s quadrants into action. I got myself the fancy planner. Worked the online planning systems. But I found that the techniques others taught me left me feeling drained and overwhelmed. Here’s what I discovered.
IT’S THE WRONG WAY ROUND. Before getting on the tools, address the foundation. I wasn’t as productive as I needed to be because I didn’t have the energy necessary to sustain that productivity and I was using my energy on things that didn't really matter.
I put what I had learned into practice. I started to feel better within myself. I responded more than I reacted. I felt calmer, happier. Weekends were for connecting and having fun rather than recovering from the week.

We’ll look at the emotions you’ve been addicted to, and move past conditional happiness, into what will become your Guiding Life Feelings. You cannot create a new future, living in the feelings of the past.

We will talk about the 4 most common types of Resistance as well as how to use the 3 step process to move past Resistance. Lastly, we will talk about how to use your Guiding Life Feelings as a tool in and of themselves.

What stops you from believing in yourself? What blocks you from believing in your inherent, non-negotiable worth? MASTERING YOUR MEANING-MAKER.
Did you know your mind is a meaning-maker, making meaning even where there isn’t meaning to be made? All day, on every single thing that happens. That’s why we must learn how to raise our self-awareness, shift perspective fast, and how to recognize, acknowledge, and move through resistance. We are talking high-level self-observation.
WEEK 6
YOU ARE NOT YOUR MIND AND OTHER LIES.
What if mindset work could be practical, tangible, and applicable? It’s time to put away the platitudes and actually get the work done. We’ll identify where you are now and what you need to shift in order to get what you want. Here, we’ll dive deep into how we speak about ourselves and unpack three incredible tools to help you harness the power of words.
WEEK 9
ERADICATING YOUR SHITTY COMMITTEE AND BECOMING THE PRESIDENT OF YOUR OWN FAN CLUB.
What if you could stop mean-girling yourself and start rooting for you? It’s time to get clarity on the labels and limitations you put on yourself and how to stop that shit, now. You’ll step up as President of Your Own Fan Club and never get in your own way again.
WEEK 10
ALL ABOUT THE F-WORD.
What is fear, why does it exist, and how does it stop you? These are big questions we’re going to answer this week, as well as the distinction between fear and danger. I’ll show you how to identify your Fear Behaviors and how they’re holding you back -- so that your mind can never keep you locked in your comfort zone again.
WEEK 11
MAKING FEAR YOUR FRIEND.
How do you overcome self-doubt, self-sabotage, inaction, and lack? The answer may surprise you. Okay, I’ll give you a hint -- it’s by making friends with fear. Believe it or not, when you learn to love your fears, you become truly limitless. Sound like it’s easier said than done? Don’t worry, I’ll show you exactly how.
WEEK 12
YOUR SELF-COACHING TOOLBOX.
What practices can you carry with you for the rest of your evolution? In our final week, we recommit to where you want to go and make sure you’re armed with the tools and practices to face any challenges that come up along the way. We’ll also look at your new non-negotiables...and celebrate the shit out of ourselves.

Revitalise is a hybrid of a high-touch personalised LIVE experience and self-study.
The foundational Revitalise programme which features the Mind Magic® framework is taught and coached upon in twelve weekly 75-minute individual coaching sessions.
This is accompanied by 12 weekly email-based modules on the habits that support our vitality - the Revitalise Habits.
In addition, you are supported by your coach in-between sessions using Messenger.
It’s truly up to you how much time you spend on your growth work.
The curriculum is broken down into short lessons so it’s super digestible. As a guide, plan for about 30-minutes per week in addition to your individual session with your coach.
This is transformational work, so it’s about the embodiment and the practices day in and day out.
You don’t “do” Revitalise like a checklist. The more you’re able to dedicate yourself to working the work, and asking for the support you need, the more quickly you’ll begin to experience your next level!
